What area do you service?
We service Durham Region and the surrounding Greater Toronto Area! We do travel outside of district upon request, however, traveling fees will be required if the location is outside of 20km from our headquarters based in Whitby.
Do I need a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking! We will send you a request for the deposit that can be paid via Electronic Bank Transfer (E-transfer). The deposit is non-refundable unless there is an emergency cancellation by our company. The remaining amount will be due UPON ARRIVAL to the party assistant enclosed in an envelope or 24 hours BEFORE your party date if wanting to pay via E-transfer.
When is the best time to book?
You do not want to wait until invitations have already been sent out before you book one of our characters! We recommend a few weeks (4-3 weeks in advance) before your party to secure your booking to ensure that you get your preferred time!
sHOULD I TIP THE PERFORMER?
The total package price does not include gratuity for the Performer. If you feel your performer has done an outstanding job, gratuity is always welcome and very much appreciated! Although, the performers cannot break character if you would like to tip the performer then you may give it to the party assistant for her to pass on or out of sight from the children!
What ages count as party guests?
Our parties can be enjoyed by everyone of all ages, however, they are geared towards children of ages 3-9 years. Please note, that our single character parties have a maximum of 10 party guests permitted.
